Udong is Korea’s slurpable Seoul food, reimagined by your favorite bros. These thick, unctuous noodles swim in a tangy kimchi broth that’s savory, spicy, and oh-so-comforting. Like chicken noodle soup’s bolder, funkier, Korean brother.
Flavor: Kimchi

Boil 350 mL of water (about 1.5 Cups) in a pot. Once boiling, add noodles, soup base, and kimchi block.

Occasionally stir and cook for 2 minutes (or longer for softer noodles).

Pour into a bowl, add the flakes, and enjoy!
